Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the StockAInalyst platform, accessible at stockainalyst.com (the "Service"), operated by AUBREL (the "Publisher"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Service: The StockAInalyst web platform and all associated features.
• User: Any person who creates an account on the platform.
• Analysis: An AI-generated financial report produced by the Service.
• Document: Any file uploaded by the User for analysis (PDF, HTML).
• Credit: A unit that allows the User to generate one private analysis.

3. Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. One account per person is allowed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Description of the Service

StockAInalyst allows users to upload financial documents (annual reports, including DEU and 10-K, quarterly results), generate AI-powered analysis reports, participate in community voting for shared analyses, and consult structured financial reports.

5. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers the following plans:

• Explorer (Free): Access to 3 demo analyses.
• Community (€5/month or €50/year): Community-voted analyses, 3 votes/month.
• Credit (€10 per analysis): One private analysis, no subscription required.
• Premium (€25/month or €250/year): 5 private analyses/month, community access, 5 votes/month.

Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment method: credit/debit card. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. All amounts are in EUR.

7. Rights of Use and Restrictions

The Service grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the analyses generated for your own personal use.

It is strictly prohibited to share, redistribute, resell, publish, or make available to third parties any analysis generated by StockAInalyst without explicit prior written consent from StockAInalyst.

Any violation of this restriction may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

8. Not Investment Advice

StockAInalyst does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold securities. All analyses are for informational purposes ONLY. The User is solely responsible for their investment decisions. StockAInalyst is not regulated by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) or any financial authority. AI-generated analyses may contain errors or inaccuracies.

9. Intellectual Property

AI-generated analyses are the exclusive property of StockAInalyst. Documents uploaded by Users remain the property of their respective authors. The User grants StockAInalyst a limited license to process uploaded documents solely for the purpose of generating analyses.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. StockAInalyst shall not be liable for any investment decisions made based on its analyses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

The User may terminate their account at any time. StockAInalyst may terminate an account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the User retains access to their private analyses but loses access to community features.

12. Account Deletion

Account deletion can be requested from Settings > Deletion. A 30-day grace period allows cancellation of the request. After the grace period, all data (account, documents, analyses) is permanently deleted. Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled.

13. Modification of Terms

StockAInalyst reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
